Mr. Jones is Goosehead’s Executive Chairman. He is co-founder of the company and served as Chief Executive Officer from inception in 2003 until July 2024. Under his leadership, Goosehead grew to become one of the largest and fastest-growing personal lines insurance brokers in the country. He has also served as CEO of N5B Capital, an alternative asset investment firm, since 2022. Prior to joining Goosehead, he was a Senior Partner and Director of Bain & Company, the global management consulting firm. Earlier in his career, he worked in the audit and mergers-and-acquisitions practice groups for Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
